The following screen shots will help you understand how to load a second lien into Encompass and merge it with the first lien.
Load the Second Lien info on the Sub Financing tab.
You can see your first lien and second lien side by side and you can link them in Encompass.
You can adjust the terms of the 1st lien and 2nd lien here.
