  • Hope you are well…
  • I just left you a message. Sorry I missed you.
  • You may have seen our email blasts letting you know about our proprietary operating platform called Xactus360.
  • Over the last couple of years, we have been investing and developing this platform to use for ordering credit reports and other verification services.  As shown in the attached flyer, Xactus360 has many benefits including its interface with Encompass. Since this is our own platform, it allows us to make enhancements and deliver new products and solutions to you at a much faster pace than our current solution. We no longer have to wait on a third party to maintain and grow our system.
  • We will be upgrading  your account this month. Your team has already received emails from us, I believe. The emails from [email protected] had details regarding next steps and training resources.  The last day to order new credit reports on the Credit Plus system will be 12/31.  Your credentials to the current Credit Plus website will remain open as long as needed to access files in progress so you can reissue files etc. 
  • We’d love to get some training scheduled for your crew on how to use the new system.  Please let me know if you’d like to set a time for next week.
