Inbound and Outbound Faxes

We offer two options for faxing:

Red Diamond Fax Number: 817-393-5500

Send a fax using: www.onesuite.com/my-account

With Intermedia, you must download the software and Faxing will be integrated with your print button.

Intermedia RDHL Fax Phone Number: (817) 756-7282

To send a fax: include the name of the recipient, company if applicable, and their fax number they provided.

The cover sheet information is optional.

Sender & Company Information is saved as the default information. No need to change anything in that tab.

Attach the file you wish to fax and hit submit at the top.

Kelsey Porter will receive the confirmation once the fax has been sent. Reach out to her if you would like a copy.
