Encompass Borrower Cost Estimate
The Cost Estimate is a word doc that is built into Encompass. To use it you need to complete the 2015 Itemization and have a full loan application. The system will export the 1003 data and the 2015 Itemization items into the word document so you can save it to pdf and email it to the client. You can print the letter by clicking the print icon and going to Custom Forms. Each Loan Officer will have their own personal cost estimate in the system. Please review the word document and pdf before you send it. There may be errors. Corrections can be made directly to the word document.
Encompass Online Application Link
The Encompass Consumer Connect On-line application link must be built out inside of Consumer Connect. Here are instructions to set up the URL for the LO Applications:

Encompass Borrower - Approval Letter
The pre-qual letter that the State of Texas tells us to use is also built into Encompass. You use the print button and go to Custom Forms. You can then pull your own specific approval letter with your personal information included.
Marksman/Mortech Login via Encompass:
MGIC Login for Mortgage Insurance Quotes
Everyone should be able to access MGIC's pricing via Encompass's Tools Section. The MGIC pricing is built into the system. You will need a user name and password to send the MI pricing request through the system.

VA Portal Login
Instructions: The VA Portal has established a two factor authentication with ID.me. Each user must establish an ID.me account and be approved by ID.me. Once you get to a hard stop in the portal the system will send a request for acceptance to Red Diamond and we will need to accept your ruquest for access.
