Instructions: "Attached below you will see the TCS Social Media Review Form, and we are going to ask each one of you to complete this form by simply providing the URL’s for any social media accounts or websites you’re utilizing, or have utilized in the past 36 months.  It’s just as critical to ensure any sites you may have signed up for in the past 3 years, but aren’t currently active, are either brought current from a compliance standpoint or are permanently deleted.  We see more clients written up and or fined when it comes time for their State exams due to ‘old’ or ‘forgotten’ social media sites than any other type of deficiency. 

Once you complete the Social Media Review Form simply email it back to me, and we will begin to review each site listed.  We will then email you and CC management a report on the URLs you provided to us, along with any deficiencies and how to correct them."
