ABOUT RANDY:
With 35 Years of experience lending money, but more importantly changing lives, I still enjoy the changing lives part!
Growing up in Oklahoma, I liked to do all things outdoors but mainly focused on Playing sports with a focus in Football after ninth grade! I graduated from Putnam City North High School in 1983 and then attended Oklahoma State University for the next 5 years! Yes 5! I enjoyed it so to speak! Geaux Pokes.
After Graduating with a Business degree from OSU in 1988, I went to work for the largest Finance Company in the world. I worked my way up from Finance Rep to Assistant Manager and finally got my first promotion to Branch Manager in Missoula Montana in 1991. I spent 15 years at the Associates and learned a lot , but mainly how to make loans and make them right along with solving problems!!
I left the Associates after 15 Years to work for a Smaller Company and when that was over 2 years later, I was lucky enough to land as one of two Area Managers for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in DFW. I spent 13 years in that role and I continued to learn more about how to take care of clients and customers! Why, because that's the only real thing that matters.
I later went to work for Prime Lending in an Area Manager role, and then ran Retail Mortgage Production for Colonial National Mortgage for almost 4 years until August 2023.
In August I landed at Red Diamond Home Loans where I bring my experience to my clients each and every time. I plan to retire here at some point but in the meantime I want to continue to bring good fundamentals to every interaction . Communication, Knowledge , Creativity and Focus are four of the things that customers and clients get when working with me, But I pride myself on not just transacting for them but really being a partner that helps them evaluate their goals and objectives both long and short term AND be their Mortgage Partner for life! If they need help with anything outside of mortgage, I will do my best to find them help!
You can expect my best each and every time we work together because that's how I was brought up in this world!
